Alvin and Hazel have combined real estate experience of 10 years. In their journey, they had dealings with all types of properties ranging from HDB, EC, private condo to also landed and commercial properties.

Prior to the real estate business, Alvin was in the financial sector dealing with investments. With years of experience, he was able to put the investment acumen and salesmanship he acquired into good use. Hazel, on the other hand, was in a marketing and branding role, dealing with advertising and promotion. Having a good eye for detail, she is able to add value to clients by crafting out effective marketing strategies.

In recent years, Alvin and Hazel have been active in asset progression planning to assist clients in upgrading and restructuring their property portfolio. Property investors themselves, they currently own 2 private properties and are working alongside with their clients to grow their assets and to plan a better retirement life.
